To protect you and us, we confirm who owns the business and the bank account your deposits go to. Both checks run on Stripe's secure pages — your ID images and bank login never reach VOXEPAY's servers.

Photo ID + selfie

1. Open the verification link from VOXEPAY's email.
2. Follow the steps to photograph the front and back of your government ID.
3. Take a selfie so Stripe can match it to the ID.

Bank account connection

1. Choose your bank from the list and sign in on the bank's secure page.
2. Select the business account where you want deposits.

If something fails

• Use good light and avoid glare on the ID.
• If your bank isn't listed, reply to the email — we'll ask for a voided check or bank letter instead.
