1. Open the secure upload link in the email titled Documents Requested for Merchant Account.
2. For each item on the list, take a clear photo or choose a file (photo or PDF).
3. Press Upload. Each document shows a check mark once we have it.
4. If we asked questions, type your answers in the boxes on the same page.

Tips for photos

• Place the document on a dark, flat surface with good light.
• Make sure all four corners are visible and nothing is cut off or blurry.
• For the selfie, hold the ID next to your face — both clearly visible.
