Exactly when and how you are paid
- We pay within 30 days of the business qualifying, through Stripe, straight to your own bank account.
- Stripe collects your tax details once (a Form W-9 for US partners), and a Form 1099 is issued where required.
- Milestone bonuses and monthly contests on top of every reward, shown in your portal.
- No reward is paid for declined, duplicate or self-referred applications.

You do not need a license or a sales background, and you can live anywhere. If you can reach US business owners — in person, online or through your audience — you can refer them.
Partners can join from any country. Payouts are made through Stripe, so you need a bank account Stripe can pay in your country, and Stripe may ask for its own checks. We verify your identity before your first payout.

The simple rules
Do
Introduce real businesses you know or can reach honestly. Tell them a VOXEPAY specialist will contact them. Keep any information they share with you private.
Do not
Promise approval, rates or savings. Spam, cold-text or auto-dial people. Use our logo or name except with the materials in your portal. Refer your own business or create duplicate applications.

Straight answers
Do I need to sell anything?
No. You make the introduction; our team handles pricing and the application.
How do I refer a business?
Sign in to your partner portal and press Refer a business, or send them your personal link. If they apply through your link or mention your code, the referral is credited to you.
How fast do I get my link?
Usually straight away after you join. If we need to check anything first, we email your link within one business day.
What if they are declined?
No reward is paid for declined businesses, and nothing is owed.
When exactly is the reward paid?
After the business has been live for at least 30 days and has at least 3 sales settled into its bank account. We pay within 30 days of that, once your W-9 is on file and your total due reaches the $100 minimum payout — smaller amounts carry over to your next payout.
Is there a limit?
No. You earn a reward for every business that qualifies.
Can I join from outside the US?
Yes. Anyone, anywhere can be a referral partner. The businesses you refer must be based in the US, because that is where we provide merchant accounts. Rewards are paid through Stripe to your own bank account; Stripe may ask for its own identity checks.
Where can I share my link?
Anywhere it is allowed: your website, a blog post, social media, a newsletter, an email to a client or a QR code on a flyer. Follow each platform's rules and never send spam.
Is this the same as being an agent?
No. Agents earn monthly residuals and sign a partner agreement. See Agents & ISOs if you want to sell regularly.
