To opt out, or to request access to or deletion of your personal information, email privacy@voxepay.co with the subject line "Privacy request". Include your name, the email address or phone number you used with us, and which request you are making.
We will take reasonable steps to verify your identity before acting on a request. This normally means confirming details that match what we already hold. An authorised agent may submit a request on your behalf with written proof of authorisation.
We aim to confirm receipt within 10 business days and to respond substantively within 45 calendar days, with an extension where permitted by law.
We will not deny you services, charge a different price, or provide a different level of service because you exercised a privacy right.
