Open My profile & security (click your name, bottom left, after signing in).

Turn on an authenticator app

1. Press Set up authenticator app.
2. Scan the QR code with Google Authenticator, Microsoft Authenticator, 1Password or similar.
3. Type the 6-digit code to confirm. From now on you can choose app on the code screen.

See where you are signed in

Where you are signed in lists your devices. Press Sign out next to any you don't recognise — then change your password.

• Use a password manager and a unique password for VOXEPAY.
• Never share your password or sign-in code — our team will never ask for them.
