How to sign in to your VOXEPAY portal
Sign in with your email, password and a one-time code — step by step.
Merchants, partners, referral partners and the VOXEPAY team all sign in on the same secure page. The portal you land in depends on your account.
Step by step
- Open the sign-in page (button above, or Sign in at the top of voxepay.co).
- Enter the email address your invitation was sent to, and your password.
- We send a 6-digit sign-in code. Type it in — it works for 10 minutes.
- You land on your portal's home page.
Where your code comes from

On the code screen you can switch the method or press Send a new code.
Tips
- Add our address to your contacts so codes don't go to spam.
- An authenticator app is the most reliable — it works even if email is slow.
- Never share your code. VOXEPAY will never call or email to ask for it.
