When VOXEPAY opens a portal account for you — as a merchant, partner or team member — you get an email with a Set your password link.

Step by step

1. Open the link in the invitation email. It works for 48 hours.
2. Check your name.
3. Choose a password (at least 12 characters, not your email).
4. Partners and team members also add a mobile number and US address (used for records and phone setup).
5. Sign in with your email, new password and the code we send.
