How it works

1. On the sign-in page press Forgot password?
2. Enter your email address. If it belongs to an account, we email you a reset link.
3. Open the link — it works for 1 hour.
4. Choose a new password:

• at least 12 characters
• not your email address
• ideally a phrase only you know, or one from a password manager

1. Sign in with the new password and your sign-in code.

Good to know

• Resetting your password signs you out on every other device — a safety feature.
• You can ask for a new link once every 5 minutes. If the email doesn't arrive, check spam/junk first.
• For your security we show the same message whether or not the email has an account.
