The role
You turn professionals who already serve small businesses into steady referral sources. You recruit them, set them up with their link and materials, and keep them sending introductions.
What you will do
- Recruit CPAs, bookkeepers, POS / IT providers, web agencies and trade associations
- Run partner onboarding, co-marketing and simple monthly check-ins
- Track which partners refer, and grow the ones that do
- Work with our AI outreach tools that find and contact partners for you
You have
- 3+ years in partnerships, channel sales or business development selling to small businesses
- A network of accountants, POS resellers or agencies is a strong plus
- Comfort with performance-based pay
Pay
- Override on every merchant your partners refer that is approved and processing
- Bonus for each partner who becomes active
- Performance-based equity may be offered after agreed milestones
How it works
- Independent contractor (1099), remote, anywhere in the US.
- Pay is performance-based. Nothing is guaranteed — what you earn depends on results.
- Everything is in a written agreement: confidentiality, non-solicitation of our merchants and partners, and (where equity is offered) vesting with a 1-year cliff.
