The role
You build VOXEPAY's sales engine. You recruit experienced merchant-services agents, get them boarding merchants in their first 30 days, and set the playbook the rest of the company follows. This is a founding role: you shape pricing, offers and the agent program with the owner.
What you will do
- Recruit and onboard independent agents and sub-ISOs across the US
- Train them on our products, pricing tools and portal; run weekly pipeline calls
- Close larger merchants yourself where it helps
- Own the monthly targets: applications, approvals and live merchants
- Feed back what the market needs — products, pricing, equipment
You have
- 5+ years in merchant services / payments sales, ideally ISO or agent management
- A network of agents or merchants you can activate
- Comfort with commission-based pay and building from early stage
Pay
- Override on every merchant your agents board, for as long as the agreement says
- Your own residuals and per-merchant bonus on merchants you sign
- Performance-based equity may be offered after agreed milestones
How it works
- Independent contractor (1099), remote, anywhere in the US.
- Pay is performance-based. Nothing is guaranteed — what you earn depends on results.
- Everything is in a written agreement: confidentiality, non-solicitation of our merchants and partners, and (where equity is offered) vesting with a 1-year cliff.
