Joining

• Open the interview link from your email on a computer or phone. No app or account is needed.
• The room opens 10 minutes before your start time. The same link works for joining and for changing the time.
• When your browser asks, allow the camera and microphone.

Best results

• Use Chrome, Edge, Safari or Firefox (latest version).
• Sit somewhere quiet with light in front of you, not behind.
• Use headphones if you can — it stops echo.
• A stable Wi-Fi or wired connection works best; close other video apps.

If something goes wrong

• No picture or sound: check the camera/microphone permission in your browser's address bar, then reload the page.
• Still stuck: reply to your interview email or write to support@voxepay.co and we will help or set a new time.
